It doesn’t always happen to “someone else.”
The Chubb Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan provides insurance coverage for loss of life, limb, or sight that occurs as a result of an accident, whether on or off the job, 24 hours a day, while home or traveling. Most coverage pays in addition to any other insurance you may have.
Because it is a group plan, the rates for coverage are substantially lower than the cost of similar insurance you might purchase individually. Many levels of coverage are offered for the member only, but with this plan, you may also opt to cover your spouse and children.
