Who Can Join
Active employees, retirees, past employees, or contractors of PG&E, its affiliates, or subsidiaries are encouraged to join PSEA. Parents, siblings, and adult children (age 21 or older) of current PSEA members are also eligible to join if a member sponsors them. Learn more about membership types below.

Active Members
Current full-time or part-time employees of PG&E, its affiliates, or subsidiaries. PG&E coworkers who have never been a PSEA member before will receive free membership through the end of the calendar year.

If you have retired or been a PSEA member within the past five years, apply online using the button below. If it has been more than five years, please use this fillable application form, which you can print and mail to PSEA at 1390 Willow Pass Rd., Ste. 240, Concord, CA 94520, or fax to (925) 246-6230.
Your annual renewal is paid through pension deduction unless otherwise requested. If you are not eligible for pension deduction, we will bill you each December.

Associate Members
Associate members include the following:
- Former Employees: Full- or part-time previous employees of PG&E, its affiliates, or subsidiaries
- Contractors: Full- or part-time employees of PG&E, its affiliates, or subsidiaries
- Family Members: Adult children (age 21 or older), parents, or siblings of a PSEA member or their immediate family

We will bill you for your annual renewal each December.
