Lodging
Participants can reserve rooms at Bridge Bay Lodge at a special rate:

Schedule
Friday, September 18 (Optional – To Be Confirmed)

3:00–5:00 PM – Check‑in at Phil’s Propellers
(Shop for last‑minute tackle or supplies)
Saturday, September 19
- 5:30–6:00 AM – Check‑in (if not already completed), coffee available
- 6:10 AM – Safety & procedures meeting, National Anthem
- First safe light (~6:30 AM) – First flight launches
- 3:00 PM – First flight returns
- Prize ceremony, burgers, and brews to follow

- 1st Place: $2,000 + belt buckles
(or $1,500 if fewer than 25 boats) - 2nd Place: $500 + plaques
- 3rd Place: $275 + plaques
- Big Fish: $250 + plaques
Rules & Regulations
Details
- Vessels previously in infested waters must be declared
- Boats may be subject to inspection
- Boats that may have been in infested waters must have the vessel out of the water, inspected, washed,
cleaned, completely drained, empty of any water, and kept in dry storage for at least 30 days prior to the tournament.

On your registration form you will need to certify you have reviewed the following documents (these are also attached to the registration form.)
• “Whiskeytown, Shasta & Trinity Lakes National Recreation Area Boaters Alert”
• “Invasive Species Fact Sheet: Golden mussel, Limnoperna fortune”
• “Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area Invasive Mussel-Free Certification”
Prior to the tournament, we will email you a link to complete a release of liability form where you will also agree to the PSEA Fishing Tournament Rules.

Registration
- Teams consist of two people
- At least one PSEA member per team and all PG&E employees, retirees, or eligible contractors must be members
- Participants must be 18 or older (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian)
- You must provide your own boat
- Register by 8/24
Entry Fees (per boat)
- $250 per boat if registered by July 20
- $300 per boat after July 20
- $25 optional Big Fish Competition add‑on
Launch Information
- Free launch if staying at the lodge or renting a marina slip
- $25 per day to launch and park (paid onsite)
- Alternate ramp: Packers Bay Public Boat Ramp – $18 per vehicle per day

Complete the registration form to secure your spot. Boat owners may register even if their fishing partner has not been confirmed yet—an updated form will be required before the tournament.
